RESULTS,2025 Season: An Unforgettable Start!
Welcome to the first results blog of the 2025 season! We are beyond excited to share the highlights from an incredible start that has left us all bursting with pride and emotion.
Our journey began in late March at the Danescroft Equestrian, where we participated in the Northern Irish Spring Championship Show 2025. The day was nothing short of magical, kicking off with our delightful Charlotte Kelly riding the breathtaking 4-year-old filly, 'Hudson's Luccarelli Rosa', in her showing debut. Witnessing this remarkable little mare shine from the very beginning filled us with hope and joy. To our amazement, Charlotte led her to victory in the Mixed Height Ridden Show Hunter Pony class, surpassing our expectations. But that was just the beginning! They went on to claim the title of Intermediate Show Hunter Pony winner, and to crown it all, Charlotte and Rosa proudly took home the OVERALL CHAMPION RIDDEN PONY OF THE NORTHERN IRISH SPRING CHAMPIONSHIP 2025. Words cannot express how proud we are of Charlotte—her skillful riding and unwavering dedication brought this magnificent filly to such heights. Rosa's maturity and poise under pressure are truly beyond words and exemplify the extraordinary bond between horse and rider.
The excitement continued as it was time for Tara Hudsons lovely Connemara mare, 'Caislin Citi', to make her debut at this year's first show. Once again, Charlotte showcased her exceptional riding ability, guiding Citi with grace and precision to victory in the U16 Ridden Connemara Pony class, amidst a strong field. This was followed by a commendable second place in the M&M Large Breeds Ridden Class. We are bubbling with pride at how Charlotte handled both ponies so beautifully, allowing them to flourish at their first outing of the season. Our gratitude extends to the incredible team behind the show—your hard work and dedication created a fantastic atmosphere that made the show fantastic!!
Next, we journeyed to Dublin for our second show of the year, the Show Of The East in Greenogue. Here, Charlotte once again demonstrated her exceptional talent, expertly piloting 'Hudson's Luccarelli Rosa' to a remarkable victory in the U17 Equitation class. She then showed her resilience and determination while riding against older, more experienced competitors in the 153 SHP, earning a respectable third place. Even when Rosa had a little “baby moment” refusing to stand for the judge, we know that these experiences will only contribute to her growth as a star performer. We celebrate the learning process as much as the victories!
What a fantastic two weekends it has been, filled with joy, challenges, and triumphant moments. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to everyone involved in making the success possible. A special thank you goes to our dedicated team, as well as the companies behind the scenes who support us in pushing forward and achieving our dreams. Together, we are not just building a team; we are creating a family that shares a passion for horses and a love for this sport. Here’s to many more extraordinary moments ahead in the 2025 season!
